Q. How do I remove it?
A. The ENTROPY Serum Line features a water-washable formula that rinses off easily with lukewarm water. Gently massage the area to cleanse. If you’ve layered it with other makeup products, a secondary cleansing step using a remover is recommended.

Q. Can I wear it to bed?
A. Yes, the serum is formulated with nourishing ingredients that support lash health, making it safe for overnight use. However, because of its hydrating texture, we recommend allowing it to dry fully before sleeping to avoid smudging due to tears or moisture.

Q. It seems to smudge after application. Am I applying it wrong?
A. To minimise smudging, allow the serum to dry partially after applying. Its moisture-rich formula needs a moment to set and adhere fully to the lashes.

Q. What is the shelf life of the product?
A. The serum is best used within 24 months of manufacture, and within 6 months after opening.

Q. Can I use it after getting an eyelash perm?
A. Absolutely. The formula contains Miracle Mineral, which helps nourish and strengthen lashes—making it especially beneficial after eyelash perming or extensions.

Q. Can I use it with mascara?
A. Yes. This serum doubles as a primer with fixing power. Apply it before mascara to boost curl retention and extend wear time.
How to use
  1. Use on clean skin after washing your face.
  2. Dip brush into the serum and apply to the roots of lashes and brows using the ball tip.
  3. Gently comb through using the curved screw brush in the direction of natural hair growth.
