How to use

Complete your skincare routine and allow products to fully absorb.
Remove any metal accessories or jewellery before use.
Turn on the device and begin at the lowest intensity level.
Hold the device so that all six tips contact the skin and move slowly across the face.
Continue gliding across the skin without holding the device in one area for too long.
Use for approximately five minutes per session and adjust intensity as needed.

Precautions

Avoid use on eyelids, directly under the eyes, or the Adam’s apple.
Always keep the device moving during use.
If strong heat is felt, remove from the skin and resume at a lower setting.
Start at level 1 when using the device for the first time and adjust gradually.

FAQ

How is it different from the Deep Shot?
The key difference is that the Ultra Tune operates at a frequency approximately 20 times higher than the Deep Shot, providing more powerful RF elasticity care without the need for a separate gel. Additionally, while the Deep Shot combines RF and ultrasound waves, recommended for use 2-3 times a week, the UltraTune combines RF and MC technology, making it suitable for daily use.
Can I use it daily?
Yes, it can be used daily. You can use it 1 to 3 times a day, and for each session, we recommend using it for 5 to 10 minutes. However, since everyone's skin condition is different, please adjust the usage frequency and time according to your skin's needs.
Do I need to use a special gel with it?Ultra Tune can be used without a special gel. Just ensure that your basic skincare products have been fully absorbed before using the device.
I don't feel any warmth during use, or it feels weak at times.
1. Ensure that all six tips are in full contact with the skin. For safety reasons, energy is only delivered when all six tips are touching the skin.
2. If you move too slowly or stop in one area, even briefly, the device will automatically adjust the energy output for safe use. Please make sure to move the device slowly and continuously without pausing.
Is it normal to feel warmth after using the device?
The RF care generates heat within the skin to boost elasticity. The residual warmth is temporary, so you can continue using it with confidence.
Can I use it around the eye area?
You can use it around the eyes, but we recommend using the first intensity level. Avoid using it on your eyelids or directly under the eyes.
My skin is red after using the device. Should I apply soothing care?
You may feel some heat after using Ultra Tune, but this is a temporary effect that will naturally subside over time. If your skin becomes stressed, please use a lower intensity level.
