Formulated with Rice Ferment Filtrate (Sake) and Cerasome™ liposomal ceramide, this low-irritation balm nourishes the skin barrier during cleansing rather than stripping it. With a rich oil concentration of 45% and a slow-melt texture, it gently dissolves makeup while delivering comfort and hydration post-rinse. Oat kernel powder (10,000 ppm) provides gentle exfoliation without irritation, and Centella Asiatica Extract (10%) in a high-purity, ultra-fine TECA-SX form soothes inflammation and promotes barrier repair.
